Let me introduce myself....
Bastet’s DiaryHave you ever heard of Bastet ? Some of you had, but for the rest of the global contesters, my presence is not obvious.
So let me talk a bit about myself : I am Bastet, a french bird from Toulouse, France, I am 31, and I am a search engine optimizer, working for a web agency in Toulouse.
Why "Bastet" ? Because Bastet is the goddess of the house but also of the joy and the heat of the sun. It was venerated in Bubatis, in High Egypt. The cats, in old Egypt, appeared among the rare animals to receive the privilege to be mummified. Indeed, Bastet was also a protective goddess of the Pharaon. She is the girl of Râ and the woman of Ptah. She had, with him, a son : the god Mihos lion. She became a divinity recognized in all Egypt when Bubatis was recognized like the capital under XXIIe dynasty. Bastet is represented as a she-cat, sometimes accompanied by its kitten, or as a woman with cat’s head carrying a sistre or a small basket. She takes sometimes the aspect of a lioness in war against the enemies Râ.
You will easily guess that I like cats very much : dogs dream they are human, cat think they are god.
Don’t misunderstand : I don’t claim I am a goddess, I juste love cats because I do believe the are the God Incarnation on Earth.
In my previous post, I dreamt about Globalwarming Awareness2007 , I told you that a little voice told me I would wright an article about the new SEO contest : I suppose it was Bastet who send me inspiration !
I am taking part of the contest with two professional french SEO Ladies and I hope they will soon introduce themselves so that you will know more about them. As we already have said, english is not our native langage so please, forgive our mistakes !!!
We are thus a girl gang, we are found of search engine optimization, and we really would like to do a great deal in order to be in good position with the keywords Globalwarming Awareness 2007.
