Last Sunday, when I woke up, The sky was cloudy but the temperature was about 15°C... YESSSSSSSSSS, 15°C in January !!! When in France, in Toulouse, in a continental climate, it is 15°C in Winter, I just want to say : WHO need more evidence about the planet getting warmer ? And gess what ? This evening, 2 days later... it is... ta daaaa... snowing !!! Yes ! It is snowing in a real storm.
It is high time to do something for Globalwarming Awareness2007 !
One day is Spring and next is Winter... do you think it is normal ?
Now, let’s see the positive side : on sunday, I sunbathed on the balcony almost in bikini. So my skin is a little tanned and it makes me feel really good. Today, I was totally excited when I saw the first flake flying in the air. I made cookies and all the rooms is full of cake smell... mmmhhh. Is is just like at Christmas.
Here in Toulouse, we are not used to see snow : last year, it snowed only one or two days, but it was too warm and the snow melted quickly. I hope this year it will last a bit more.
But even if I am happy, I am totally aware of danger caused by planet’ s heating.
Suddenly, snow has another taste for me tonight.
